CFM Carburetor Rebuilds rebuilt and restored a quadrajet for a 70 chevelle ss 396 for me. It looks better than new and they included a video of it being tuned on BBC motor. This is the carburetor service that I have been looking for. I highly recommend Patti Morabitlo and crew.
Here at CFM we meticulously restore with top quality repair and workmanship. With our experience and expert knowledge we begin by completely dismantling carb. Vapor honing, vibratory tumbler, install throttle shaft bushings, base plates removed for a thorough cleaning, flatten base, apply zinc/chromate plating, OEM factory body coloring process (never painted) replace/test floats, AED Performance Parts- new needle and seats, new power valve, new accelerator pump, all new gaskets (repair as needed) & live engine test on our big block 454 with video clip sent to customer to assure perfect performance before it leaves the shop! The quality build speaks for itself as we are very proud of our success rate.

When mailing in your carburetor remove air cleaner stud, let it dry out for 24 hours and double box it to ensure we receive it safely. Preferred shipping company is UPS
Does your special numbers matching Rochester Quadrajet carburetor have stripped fuel inlet threads? No worries, we can repair it! Repair fee $149 -includes inlet fitting, filter and base gasket
Carburetor Requirements
This is a service to have your EDELBROCK, ROCHESTER 2/4 Jet, HOLLEY, MOTORCRAFT AUTOLITE and CARTER WCFB, AFB, COMPETITION SERIES
Carburetors rebuilt and restored to near new condition *no electronic carburetors accepted. Badly pitted or heavily corroded carbs excluded. Including new throttle plate shaft bushings + Zinc/chromate plating on linkages and screws and OEM factory body coloring to prevent corrosion. Never painted. On occation certain floats may require additional charge also if dashpot needs to be replaced additional charge will apply.
When you send us your carburetor it must be complete and intact with all moving parts not frozen. Throttle plates should not be rusted or stuck shut. Carburetor will be completely disassembled & inspected for damaged parts. Some carburetors may need additional fee due to extra part cost and availability. ** Due to the majority of Quadrajet cores being sent in for restoration being warped, bent and distorted we are sorry to say we will no longer be restoring them. We pride ourselves in putting out a quality product and we cannot with confidence restore to our standards so unfortunately have made the decision not to restore Quadrajets any longer.
